How I Work
I combine evidence-based therapy (CBT/ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, and Compassionate Inquiry to help you heal, grow, and step into your full potential.
Each session is tailored to your needs, meaning our work may focus more on:
