From Burnout to Healing: My Journey
Hi, I’m Andreea Livia Enache.
I started my career as a high-achieving construction engineer, constantly pushing myself through stress, self-doubt, and exhaustion. Burnout, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, and physical symptoms became part of my reality—until I realized that true change had to come from within.
I learned to embrace my triggers and emotions, understanding that they held valuable lessons. Instead of trying to control everything around me, I turned inward. I shifted from overthinking to feeling, from rigidity to flexibility. Healing became a process of becoming everything my inner child needed my adult self to be.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is this: when stress, emotions, or difficult experiences are suppressed, they don’t disappear. They manifest as physical symptoms—tension, exhaustion, restlessness—or as coping mechanisms like perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, or addictions
Resilience is not about avoiding emotions—it’s about learning to move through them with awareness and fluidity.
How I Can Help You
I work with ambitious professionals—smart, driven, and capable individuals who still find themselves stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. • Cognitive and behavioral therapy – Acceptance and commitment therapy (CBT & ACT) – changing the relationship with thoughts and feelings that fuel stress and anxiety
• Compassionate Inquiry (by Dr. Gabor Maté) – under training – uncovering the root causes of emotional and physical distress
• Nervous system regulation techniques – shifting from survival patterns to presence and choice.
Healing Through Mind-Body Integration
True transformation doesn’t happen just by talking about problems—it happens when we rewire how we experience the world. The body-mind connection holds wisdom that the mind often overlooks. By listening to discomfort, recognizing emotional patterns, and understanding the nervous system’s signals, we create space for new responses.
